1. Who we are

This site is operated by Myrrh Health (“Myrrh,” “we,” “us”), a for-profit company. Myrrh Health Alpha (myrrhhealth.org), which offers the free alpha lookup tool, is a separate nonprofit sister organization being organized, and is not yet a registered 501(c)(3).

2. Educational use only

The site and any Myrrh software provide general educational information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using them does not create a doctor-patient or any other professional relationship.

3. Consult a licensed clinician

Always discuss treatment decisions with a licensed clinician. Do not delay seeking, or disregard, professional medical advice because of anything you read here.

4. Emergencies

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number right away.

5. Not a medical device

Myrrh Health software is not cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and is not a medical device intended for diagnostic use.

6. In development; no warranty

Myrrh is in development and not yet open to the public. Information may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myrrh Health and its owners, officers, and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site.

If you join our mailing list, we will email you about Myrrh. You can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Support and contributions

Support given through GiveSendGo is handled under GiveSendGo’s own terms. Contributions are not tax-deductible.

10. Intellectual property

The site, the Myrrh Health name and marks, and Myrrh software are owned by Myrrh Health. Third-party guidelines and literature belong to their publishers and authors, and no endorsement by them is implied.

11. Not legal advice

Nothing on the site is legal advice.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
